A seat is confirmed once the admission form is completed and the applicable fee (or first instalment) is received. Batch timings are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp or email.
Attendance & conduct
Students are expected to attend regularly and follow the trainer's instructions, especially near the VMC and other machines. Safety instructions in the machine area are mandatory. U-TECH may pause machine access for anyone who ignores them.
Software & material
Training is delivered on the software named in your course. Course notes and project files are for your personal learning and may not be resold or distributed. Software names used on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. U-TECH does not supply software licences to students.
Online batches
Online students need a stable internet connection and a computer able to run the relevant software. Sessions may be recorded for internal quality purposes.
Changes
U-TECH may reschedule a session because of trainer availability, holidays or unforeseen events. Missed sessions are rescheduled, never simply cancelled.

Fees, Refund & Batch Transfer Policy

We want every student to finish what they start, so our fee policy leans towards transfers rather than lost money.
Fees
Course fees, instalment options and any seasonal offers are shared in writing before admission. Offers are valid only for the dates stated at the time.
Demo before you pay
Every prospective student can attend a free demo class before paying, so you can judge the teaching and the lab first.
Batch transfer
If your timing changes because of exams, a job or a family matter, you may request a transfer to a later batch or to online mode. Transfers are subject to seat availability.
Refunds
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable after the course has begun, because a seat and machine time have been reserved for you. Genuine exceptions (for example, a medical situation) are reviewed case by case by the management, and any approved refund is processed to the original payment method.

Placement Assistance Policy

U-TECH offers 100% placement assistance to eligible students. Here is exactly what that means, and what it does not.
What we do
Resume building, mock interviews and technical interview preparation; sharing your profile with companies in our network and on the U-TECH Job Portal; informing you of openings in CNC, VMC, CAD, CAM, tool design and quality roles across Vasai, Palghar, Bhiwandi, Mumbai and beyond; and continued support until you are placed.
What we don't do
We do not guarantee a job, a specific employer or a specific salary. Hiring decisions are always made by the employer. We never charge candidates a fee to apply to jobs on the Job Portal.
Eligibility
Assistance is available to students who complete their course, projects and assessments, and who attend the interviews arranged for them.
For employers
Companies can post requirements free of charge. We screen and shortlist trained candidates, but final selection and employment terms are between the company and the candidate.

Certification Policy

Every U-TECH course ends with a certificate that employers can verify.
Earning the certificate
Certificates are issued once the course modules are complete, required projects are submitted and the final practical assessment is cleared.
What it states
The student's name, the course and software covered, and the completion date. Machine training certificates also record hands-on VMC practice.
Verification
Employers can verify any U-TECH certificate by contacting the institute with the student's name and certificate details.
Vendor certifications
A U-TECH certificate is an institute certificate. It is not an official certificate from the software vendor. Where we prepare students for vendor exams, the exam itself is taken and certified separately.
